I just wanted to share a couple of photos of my booth over at the Sugar Plum Arts & Crafts Festival at the Pomona Fair Grounds this weekend. For those of you that could not attend my show.
Sorry the photo below is a little blurred.
I was very happy with my booth setup I think it looked great!!! It took us a total of 7 hours to get it to look like that. It is a big job setting up our display but in the end it is worth every minute of it.
Oh it was a great show for us, but the Sugar Plum Shows are always great for us!!!
Thanks for stopping by for a visit,
Rosalie

Lil Ashlynn
These photos are so cute I just had to share them with you.
This is my granddaughter Ashlynn imitating grandma sitting at my computor with my glasses on. (notice the eyeglasses are upside down) my daughter and I could not stop laughing at how cute she looked.
This one is a closeup of her.
This one she moved my eyeglasses to the top of her head.
This one she was tired of the photo taking and turned her head away from grandma.
Thought you might enjoy seeing these cute photos. Grandchildren are so much fun you never know what they will do next.
Well back to work for me I have another show next week. It's Sugar Plum Arts & Crafts Festival over at the Costa Mesa Fair Grounds. See you there!!!

Mamma Mia
After finishing my orders for my Raggedy Ann dolls and shipping them all out. I spent the afternoon with my cousin Susie and my girlfriend Glenna. We three went to the movie theater and saw Mamma Mia. Oh boy was that a great movie we really enjoyed it. It was way more than we expected.
I forgot to take my camera with me for photos to share with you all. Anyho I just wanted to share this with you so if you were thinking of watching this movie, it was a lot of fun. I want to go out now and buy the soundtrack to the movie so I can listen to it. You know when you listen to the soundtrack you can see that part of the movie over and over again in your mind. I did that with Dream Girls.
After the movie we went out to dinner and talked about the movie and laughed are heads off. When you go and see the movie don't leave right away there is something special in the trailers you have to see. Some people left right away and missed it. I tell you, you have to stay and see it!!! You honestly won't stop laughing, we couldn't!!!
Don't forget my Big Sale ends July 31st

Happy 4th Of July
I just wanted to wish you all a Happy 4th of July!!! Hope you all take some time off to enjoy the day. We are getting together with family for a barbecue, swimming and then going over to the lake to view the fireworks show tonight.
We are not allowed to light our own fireworks here in Riverside County. It's very hot weather here and everything is dry, not safe conditions for lighting fireworks. Talking about hot it's been extremely hot here it's crazy in the winter it's so cold I want the summer months so I can warm up than the summer comes and it's so darn hot I wish it were winter. I just can't seem to decide which is better, I think neither because the weather goes to extreme hot and extreme cold.
I guess I can't have the weather perfect here I need to move back in closer to the beach if I want that kind of weather. But to give up our country living (we own acres of land here) to go back in to the city I think NOT!!! So I will put up with the weather and try not to complain much, it's a give and take situation here.
Moving on here is something I found that I wanted to share with you all. I found it very interesting hope you can use some of the suggestions. They say it works I haven't tried it myself yet but I am.
Bounce
My mail carrier told me that the US Postal service sent out a message to all letter carriers to put a sheet of Bounce in their uniform pockets to keep yellow-jackets away.
Use them all the time when playing baseball and soccer. I use it when I am working outside. It really works. The insects just veer around you.
All this time you've just been putting Bounce in the dryer!
1. It will chase ants away when you lay a sheet near them. It also repels mice.
2. Spread sheets around foundation areas, or in trailers, or cars that are sitting and it keeps mice from entering your vehicle.
3. It takes the odor out of books and photo albums that don't get opened too often.
4. It repels mosquitoes. Tie a sheet of Bounce through a belt loop when outdoors during mosquito season.
5. Eliminate static electricity from your television (or computer) screen.
6. Since Bounce is designed to help eliminate static cling, wipe your television screen with a used sheet of Bounce to keep dust from resettling.
7. Dissolve soap scum from shower doors. Clean with a sheet of Bounce.
8. To freshen the air in your home - Place an individual sheet of Bounce in a drawer or hang in the closet.
9. Put Bounce sheet in vacuum cleaner.
10. Prevent thread from tangling. Run a threaded needle through a sheet of Bounce before beginning to sew.
11. Prevent musty suitcases. Place an individual l sheet of Bounce inside empty luggage before storing.
12. To freshen the air in your car - Place a sheet of Bounce under the front seat.
13. Clean baked-on foods from a cooking pan. Put a sheet in a pan, fill with water, let sit overnight, and sponge clean. The anti-static agent apparently weakens the bond between the food and the pan.
14. Eliminate odors in wastebaskets . Place a sheet of Bounce at the bottom of the wastebasket.
15. Collect cat hair. Rubbing the area with a sheet of Bounce will magnetically attract all the lose hairs.
16. Eliminate static electricity from Venetian blinds. Wipe the blinds with a sheet of Bounce to prevent dust from resettling.
17. Wipe up sawdust from drilling or sand papering. A used sheet of Bounce will collect sawdust like a tack cloth.
18. Eliminate odors in dirty laundry. Place an individual sheet of Bounce at the bottom of a laundry bag or hamper.
19. Deodorize shoes or sneakers. Place a sheet of Bounce in your shoes or sneakers overnight.
20. Golfers put a Bounce sheet in their back pocket to keep the bees away.
21. Put a Bounce sheet in your sleeping bag and tent before folding and storing them. It will keep them smelling fresh.
22. Wet a Bounce sheet, hose down your car, and wipe lovebugs off easily with the wet Bounce.
Author: From an email going around
That's all for now I need to get ready for my company enjoy your day!!!

The Eagles!!!
Hi
I just want to let everyone know that I will be getting your orders out this week. I have had a busy last week.
My friend Lynn and her hubby Don came out to visit us from North Carolina and she had VIP Tickets for all of us for the entire weekend at the Stage Coach Festival in Indio. Here is the poster for the festival
I am sad to say I had a street faire to go sell my crafts at in Carlsbad on Sunday and we were not able to attend all three days of the festival. So we decided to go on friday so we could work on Sat. and do our show on Sunday. This is who we got to go see on friday The Eagles:
We were excited and on top of that we got to see John Fogerty he was great he sang all of his songs. We had so much fun we sang and danced to all the songs and we had special seating with those VIP tickets we got to sit up close and we were able to see everyone.
So because we lost a day of work on Friday (It was well worth it!!!) we had to work all day and night on Saturday to finish up all of our products. We got no sleep that night because we had to met with our friend Glenna and her hubby on Sunday morning at 4:30 A.M. to set up our booth.
We tried something new at this show, we shared a booth with 4 other couples and it worked out!!! We all had really good sales, the booth looked like a Little Country Store. I forgot to take my camera with me, (I seem to do that a lot lately I forgot it at my Grandaughter's Bithday Party now how bad is that?) I wish I had taken it so I could have posted a photo here for you all to see.
The booth looked great we had a variety of products for our customers to choose from and we had lines coming in the booth and at the register. It was so easy with all of us setting up and tearing down. We had a fun day at the craft faire we just met the other 3 couples that morning and everything went smooth.
We just didn't know what to expect being the first time doing a project this big with so many people involved. So we are all doing the same thing again in Nov. the show is the first Sunday in Nov. I will post about the show then.
Today I tried to sleep in but my grandaughter woke me up around noon I wanted to sleep in all day. Yeah like that was going to happen around here LOL!!! I felt I should sleep a whole day to make up for the day of sleep I missed. But as we all know you can't make up for the lost day by trying to sleep the next day it just doesn't work that way.
Anyway I will be back to full swing by tomorrow and get all my orders out this week. Thank You for your patience : ) I will also be adding more raggedies on my website by the end of the week. I will post when I do.
Thank You for visiting and letting me share my adventures with you all!!!

Well it was this past Sat. and it turned out good we all had a lot of fun and food!!! My daughter has the photos from the party so when I get them from her I will post them on here.
I finished up a special order for a Raggedy Ann doll for a baby. I would like to share the photo of her with you.
You can see her over at my website Raggedy Dollys
She is lightly stuffed and each strand of her hair is hand tied so it can't be pulled off. She is not coffee stained and her face is all handstitched. I really like the way this Raggedy Ann came out she is so soft and cuddly. Right now she is traveling to her new home.

New Shop For My Country Cottage/Raggedy Dollys
First of all I want to apologize for my links on my blog not working. There is a major problem again with my web host. They still can't figure it out but are working on it I hope, that is what they are telling me. But it has been a while and it is still not working. Very very frustrating I say well that's enough with my venting.
Moving on to what has been going on around here we finally got a new Dish DVR System I know were a little behind on all this new technology stuff. Well the big box arrived on Friday
and guess who has the honors of hooking up all this stuff up. You guessed it me, my hubby is not good with all this new electronic stuff and my son never has the time to help us. So I am the one elected to do it well I have to say after about 3 hours working on it including having to call the Dish company twice (you know how long a phone call can take with these companys) because they turned off my other dish box that is connected to our other t.v. when I connected the new one. Then all of my channels did not come up on the new DVR so another phone call had to be made. Anyway I was proud of myself because I was able to get it all working. : ) Even if it took me a long long time to do it, it all works fine!!!
It is amazing what you can do with a DVR we should have gotten this thing a lot sooner. Well were having fun with our new DVR you can set it up to record a movie way in advance and it's easy to set it up to record. The machine just starts up all by itself and records the movie for you. Then you can watch it when you have the time not when it's playing on T.V. This thing will record up to 100 hours WOW!
Now getting back to business I just finished a custom order I had to share with you all because they came out so cute. It's a pair of Angie Ann & Tony Andy Raggedies named after there new owners. This pair of Raggedies do not have a coffee wash.
I enjoy making custom orders for my customers, they get to design what they want there Raggedies to look like and they also get to name them. I am pleased when they get excited over there custom order. Tony Andy is a cute new design for me.
I have joined a new shop called Dandelion Darlings the Grand Opening is April 1st. Dandelion Darlings will update every 1st of the month with new items. I will have my Raggedy Ann Dolls, Prim Signs and some OOAK items on there. I will post a link to my shop here on my blog when I get it. You can visit the site Dandelion Darlings and sign there mailing list for monthly updates and a monthly drawing.
I do have a lot of new plans for My Country Cottage/Raggedy Dollys for the coming year. I will keep you all posted here on my blog.

My Website Makeover
I just wanted to let everyone know that I have been very busy listing some new signs over on my website. I also made a new prim sign page and listed all my signs in one area go over and take a look. Prim Signs It's a lot easier to look at all of my signs in one place. I have subcategories on the prim sign page for the prim, primlighting and primfixins pages.
Here is a sample of some of my new items you will find over at my website.
You will find this new Bunco Plant pick at my Everyday Section
I also made subcategories under my Holiday Dollys section so you can view the different Holiday Raggedies grouped together by the holiday. Go over and check it out. Holiday Dollys I have been wanting to do some changes on my website to make viewing easier so I finally made some time to do it.
I will be doing more changes in the near future I have some other ideas brewing in my head. I will be adding two more new product lines I wont say what just yet it's a surprise. I also want to change the logo on my Raggedy Dollys page. I don't know what the new logo will be yet but I will be working soon with my graphic artist. I would love to hear of any ideas you may have for my logo. Comment here and let me know or email me that would be great!!!
Well that's what has been going on around here lately aside from doing my favorite craft show Sugar Plum. We had another great show with them this weekend. Saturday was the last day of the show and we went to tear down our booth from the show. Boy do we get a good workout as you can see from the photos it's a very large booth. We've been told by other vendors that we are building a house it's a joke we have gotten used to hearing from the other vendors. As it does take us a while to set up but with the three of us doing it myself, hubby and my son it goes pretty quick.
We came home and had a family night game of cards with myself, hubby, Adam, Melissa and her hubby. We had fun a great way to relax after a hard days work.
Thank You all for stopping by time for me to go and relax. I am off to watch a movie with some popcorn. I rented Awake I missed it at the theater I will let you know if it's any good I saw the trailers and it looked like it was a good movie.

Sugar Plum Show
Hi everyone
I have been so busy lately with lots of orders (Thank You everyone : ) and getting ready for the first Sugar Plum Show of the year. I'd like to share some photos of my booth taken today after set up. For those of you that cannot attend my show.
Here is a closeup of some of my Raggedy Ann Dolls and Bunny Girl Dolls. I think they came out very cute I am happy with them all!!! Sorry the coloring on this photo did not come out well I am still learning my new camera.
I also said I would let you all know how the Oklahoma Show went for me and my best friend Glenna. We did very well there and will be attending again next year. That is why I have been so busy getting ready for Sugar Plum I didn't have much product left from the Oklahoma Show. But that is a great thing I think?
I am so very tired of all of the late nights I have worked getting ready for this show. As you can see by all the products I have made that I have been busy.
I will be adding more product to both my Raggedy Dollys and My Country Cottage site very soon.
Oh I almost forgot I have taken new product to all three of my store locations if you can't make my show you can find my items at my stores. For my store locations click here
I guess that's it for now I need to get some sleep.
Thank You for stopping by and visiting my blog.
Goodnight

Really Dumb Thing I Did On My Blog
Well I did something really dumb I just found out when setting up my blog that in my comments area I set it up for only bloggers to be able to comment. I was wondering why I wasn't getting very many comments on my blog. I know that I was getting a lot of visitors but not very many comments. Well it was my fault because of the way I had my blog set up. So now my blog is open to anyone for commenting. So please go ahead and comment away and I am sorry for this. Since I plan to have a blog giveaway real soon for my one year blogversary. That would have been terrible because not everyone would have been able to write a comment and join in the fun! Well it's all fixed now girls and don't forget to check back for my blog giveaway!!!
Here is a picture of my raggedies getting ready for there coffee bath!!!
This is what they look like before there coffee bath and without there pretty dresses on. I will be dressing them next before they get to cold!!! It's been raining and very cold here this week. Some of these dollys get to go to the Oklahoma Craft Show there very excited!!!
I will post photos of my raggedies after I have them all dressed. Well that's it for tonight I have got to get some sleep!!! Have lots to do tomorrow like finish up my dollys.
Goodnight
